Challenge

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the Japanese government requested companies have employees work remotely.

This Japanese tax corporation had to ensure staff had the same access to the organization’s systems while working from home in order to complete their tax and accounting services.

Solution

RPA was deployed in early 2020 to reduce the number of man-hours required to prepare the time-consuming task of tax returns for condominium management associations.

In order to make telecommuting a reality, the company again turned to automation for a solution. It implemented a bot that could be activated and operated remotely allowing employees to conduct business without any issues.
