Accenture Launches Robotic Process Automation Centre of Excellence with Automation Anywhere

To meet the rapidly growing demand for automation in business, Accenture has developed a robotic process automation (RPA) Centre of Excellence based in Heerlen, Netherlands, specializing in the Automation Anywhere platform. Automation Anywhere is the largest enterprise software provider in robotic process automation (RPA).

The delivery centre will provide end-to-end RPA solutions to Accenture clients in the region across multiple sectors and industries. This includes RPA awareness workshops, process discovery, implementation, training, run support and vision definition.

Many clients are looking to rapidly scale up their existing RPA deployments, to take advantage of the efficiency and productivity gains available. The Centre of Excellence (COE) will help enable that through Accenture’s defined methodology and Automation Anywhere’s platform, which has already supported many large RPA deployments to date.

Because of the central location in the south of the Netherlands, the Centre of Excellence supports four countries (NL, DE, BE and LUX) in their own languages.

• Over 50 Automation Anywhere certified experts have been trained to date, expected to significantly increase by the end of 2018
• 200+ client business processes have been robotized
• 20 clients have benefitted from RPA to date
