This letter provides notification that Automation Anywhere has begun the End of Maintenance (EOM) and End of Life (EOL) process for the Automation Anywhere 10.x Enterprise Software Release Family. Automation Anywhere Enterprise includes Document Automation and Bot Insight as two distinct additional products in addition the base RPA capabilities.

Message

As of the date of this notification, the 10.x Enterprise Software Release Family has already reached End of Sale (EOS). Thus, no more enhancements will be added to the release and only customers who are expanding existing 10.x Enterprise Software Release installations can purchase new licenses solely for this purpose.

The 10.x Enterprise Software Release Family will reach End of Maintenance (EOM) as of December 31, 2019. After this date, limited technical support will continue until the End of Life (EOL) date as indicated below, where such technical support for the 10.x Enterprise Software Release Family will no longer incorporate bug fixes into the 10.x Software Release. During this period, Automation Anywhere support will direct customers with support issues to existing fixes/patches and workarounds applicable to the reported case and may direct customers to upgrade to a more current release of the software.

End of Life (EOL) for the 10.x Enterprise Software Release Family will be on March 31st, 2020. Once the EOL date has reached, Automation Anywhere will no longer provide technical support for the 10.x Enterprise Software Release Family; the software images will then be removed from the Automation Anywhere download sites. Product information will then be limited to historical material that may be available in the Automation Anywhere documentation or in other online resources, which may be removed at any time after the EOL date.

Current Solution

The current Generally Available (GA) release of Automation Anywhere Enterprise Software is version 11.3.x. This software release contains the features of the 10.x Software Release Family and more and can be used to replace any 10.x software release.

11.3.x Release Family brings valuable new features and improvements to our customers including:

• Higher performance
• Support for highly scalable deployments.
• Globalization & Internationalization support for local languages.
• SAP Object Cloning Support & enhanced support for Citrix.

Required Customer Actions

Full migration to 11.3.x or later release of Automation Anywhere software by March 31, 2020. Automation Anywhere recommends always choosing the latest GA release available at the point that customers begin the migration.
