Why am I required to reset my Automation Anywhere University / A-People / Zendesk / Bot Store password?
We have implemented single sign-on (SSO) across Automation Anywhere University, our online community, A-People, Help Desk, Bot Store and Documentation Portal. This functionality allows you access to these web properties based on a single login. As part of this implementation, your account will require a password reset the first time you log into Automation Anywhere University, A-People, Help Desk or Bot Store after SSO is implemented. You will only be required to do this once.
I’ve clicked on “Forgot your password” and entered my email address. However, I did not receive a password reset email.
Please check your spam folder, and be sure to add sso@automationanywhere.com to your spam filter’s allow list.
I’ve received the password reset email, but the reset link takes me to a page that asked me to enter my email address again.
For security reasons, the password reset link expires after 24 hours, and it can only be used once. If you’ve accidentally clicked on the password reset link without entering a new password, you will need to request another password reset email by clicking on “Forgot your password” on the login page.
I am unable to log into the Helpdesk with my existing partner portal account credential.
For some of our existing partner portal users, their username may not be the same as their email address. If this is the case, please enter your existing partner portal username (not your email address) when logging into Helpdesk.
Who should I contact if I am unable to log in?
Please contact us via loginproblem@automationanywhere.com if you are unable to login.
